CHPF – UHC project Mid-term Evaluation Report Findings Dissemination Meeting

The Community Health Promotion Fund (CHPF) successfully conducted a Mid-Term Review Meeting for the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) Project, generously funded by German Doctors. The review marked a critical milestone in CHPF’s commitment to evidence-based programming, accountability to partners, and continuous improvement in the delivery of community-centered primary healthcare services.

The Mid-Term Review was informed by a Mid-term Evaluation Report Findings Dissemination undertaken to assess project performance against set objectives, measure impact at community level, and identify operational gaps and emerging opportunities. This structured assessment provided credible data and practical insights to guide strategic decision-making and ensure that interventions remain responsive to the evolving health needs of underserved populations.

Spearheaded by CHPF’s Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team, the review process emphasized learning, transparency, and results-oriented management. The M&E team facilitated in-depth discussions with project staff and stakeholders, analyzed service delivery trends, and documented lessons learned to strengthen implementation during the remaining project period. This approach aligns with CHPF’s institutional focus on using data and community feedback to inform program design and improve health outcomes.

Key outcomes from the review will directly inform adaptive planning and the strategic scale-up of primary healthcare services within the project’s catchment areas. These include refining service delivery models, strengthening community engagement mechanisms, and enhancing linkages across the continuum of care. By addressing identified gaps and building on demonstrated successes, CHPF aims to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of UHC interventions.

The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to equity, quality, and resilience in primary healthcare.
